Avril Lavigne Videos: New Album ‘What the Hell’: Avril Lavigne is back with a new album.  The rocker debuted a new music video for her new single What the Hell from her upcoming album Goodbye Lullaby.  What the Hell premiered on MTV last night during Mean Girls 2.  And Avril opened up to MTV about the music video and about how excited she is about her fourth upcoming album to come out in March.

The music video is about a guy chasing Avril around so she hops into a random cab but the guy continues to chase her, so she so goes through a clothing store but she is still being chased.  But as the video progresses it is really just Avril having some fun and the guy chasing her is actually her boyfriend, so she really likes him in the end.  Avril is happy to be in the limelight again, after the critical success of her 2007 album The Best Damn Thing.

Her music video also features 3D technology which the singer admits was quite fun to shoot.  After being away from the limelight for a while and going through some hard times with her break-up and divorce from Sum 41 Deryk Whibley, battled her record label and found love again with former Hills star Brody Jenner.  What do you think of the video below?
