Paisley is scheduled to appear on Leno's first night back, Monday, March 1, according to a statement posted on "The Jay Leno Show" website. Lavigne will perform on Wednesday (3/3) night's show. Non-musical guests for Leno's first week back will include Jamie Foxx, Sarah Palin, Shaun White and Matthew McConaughey, among others.
